• Conduct a physical review of all your information needs, including paper, electronic, audio, video, email and individual computer hard drives.
• Identify which information should be kept and which can safely be destroyed.
• Prepare a comprehensive report that outlines your information management and retention program.
• Purge old records/data and prepare them for destruction.
• Prepare files/data for the move offsite to Fireproof to one of our five secure storage facilities, strategically selected in accordance with your disaster recovery plan.
• Train your employees so your staff can effectively manage your daily records/data retention schedule, and adhere to all the appropriate laws and constraints specific to your industry.
