Michael James, CEO

For the past ten years, he has focused on FIREPROOF’s product and service diversification, and securing and helping to grow several industry affiliates: National Records Center and Professional Records & Information Services Management (PRISM) to name a few. He is a household name with many privately-held records centers, and spends time frequenting their cities in a consulting capacity.
Mark Riggs, CFO
Mark has been with FIREPROOF for over 18 years and a member of the Executive Committee. He assists in formulating the company’s future direction, supporting tactical initiatives and monitoring strategic business plans. As Chief Financial Officer, Mark develops financial and tax strategies while managing the capital request and budgeting processes. He oversees the financial operations of the Company, including supervision of the accounting and HR departments. Mark extends particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package for all FIREPROOF employees. He ensures FIREPROOF‘s compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements plus record-keeping specifications of State and Federal agencies. Mark stated “I strive daily to be a good steward for FIREPROOF because I truly believe our most important asset is our employees. How they manage to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations inspires me to do my best every day”.
Matt Postlethwait, Business Development Manager

He oversees the sales department which consists of the business development team as well as the account management supervisor and staff.
