Customer Service Representatives
Customer service representatives are key people on our team. They serve as the main voice and point of interaction with our customers. Specific responsibilities include: processing customer's requests, coordinating customer data, invoicing, data entry, and service order scheduling. All Customer Service Representatives utilize sophisticated technology to manage our active business.
Drivers
Drivers are also key people on our team. They are a primary point of interaction with our customers so great people skills are a must. Drivers must have a clean and valid Ohio motor vehicle operator's license. Typical hours for this position are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with overtime opportunities. Drivers are responsible for operating hand-held computer systems used to track customer orders.
Records Center Staff
Records center team members work in the core operating functions of our records center. Duties include receiving, refiling, retrieving and processing records, cartons, files, and computer media.
