About Cecelia McFadden:

Cecelia McFadden is an IT professional with over 18 years of experience in industries ranging from software manufacturing to higher education.  Her experience are in the areas of customer service, compliance, support, research, evaluation, statistics, project, program, portfolio management and grant administration. Her healthcare industry knowledge has spanned over a decade, beginning with a steering committee role at OSU Medical Center for evaluation of campus record retention systems.

With an awarded grants portfolio exceeding $100 million across all industry sectors, she has authored multimillion proposals for electronic health record frameworks dating back to 2004 with the Department of Health and Human Services demonstration round. Her most recent award was a $2.8 million seed grant from the National Health information Network exchange in 2008.

She currently serves as a Managing Director for small business enterprise, having responsibility for strategic planning, technology needs, business development, projects and quality assurance support.

She researches grant trends in her spare time, enjoys reading, listening to jazz and her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.
