Michael E. James, CEO - Mike has over 17 years of experience managing records center operations and for the past 10 years he has focused on Fireproof’s product and service diversification, including the creation of a document imaging service bureau, electronic document delivery, electronic records management, and distribution of imaging software products. Through Mike’s efforts, Fireproof has also developed a Business Continuity Center that provides subscribers access to office and meeting space with pre-configured telecommunications and data services ready for use.
Susan V. Eichinger, COO/President - Susan has been with Fireproof Records Center for 22 years and has served on the national board of the Association of Commercial Records Centers (ACRC) and the Association of Records Managers & Administrators (ARMA). Susan is a member of the Columbus Chapter of the Women Presidents Organization and on the Board of Directors of the Columbus Metropolitan Club. Susan has focused most of her time on developing relationships with Fireproof’s clients and is currently working closely with Fireproof’s Operations Department to insure all clients receive the best service possible.
Cecile S. Ogg, Director of Customer Service - Cecile has over 25 years of customer service experience in the area of records and information management and worked diligently with each of our clients to insure their needs are met. In addition, Ms. Ogg oversees Fireproof’s Human Resources department.
Karen Y. Preston, Director of Sales - Karen has been with Fireproof Records Center for twenty years and is the Director of Sales. She has been conducting motivational team building, sales and communication training for twenty years and has experience as a mediator/facilitator, arbitrator and international sales trainer. Karen works closely with Fireproof’s clients to design programs tailored to fit their specific needs.
Joseph C. Dickman, Jr. - Mr. Dickman has over 25 years experience in information management. He is responsible for the operations of Fireproof’s imaging service bureau and for providing consulting services to Fireproof’s clients. Mr. Dickman designs document capture solutions for a variety of clients in both the private and public sectors and conducts consulting projects to design file space, develop file-tracking systems, and standardize filing procedures for both public and private sector clients.
